RETURNS

 

UPDATE:  Due to COVID-19 All sales are final. We do not accept any returns of any cosmetics or cosmetic accessory items for hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

 

We work from Monday-Friday and orders take approximately 5-7 business days to ship. Please be patient and read our policy before you order.

Emails and Direct Messages (via Instagram) take approximately 2-5 business days to receive a response.

 

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

 Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email/sms – you cannot cancel or modify the order, your order has been marked as shipped.

 

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

If you need to change your order because you've entered the wrong address Email Us Directly at: Customerservice@nostalgiacosmetics.com

 

 

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

Once orders leave Nostalgia Cosmetics headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.

 

Manufacture Damage:

If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), Nostalgia Cosmetics will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and the item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.

Please note, Nostalgia Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Flat Rate/Standard/Free Shipping: 5-14 Business Days.

First Class Mail: 1-3 Business Days.

Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL:  All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note Nostalgia Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. We do not offer signature services for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs. However it can take up to 30 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances with your local customs clearance. 

First-Class: 7-21 Business Days. 
Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days.
