We work from Monday-Friday and orders take approximately 1-6 business days to ship. Please be patient and read our policy before you order.

Emails and Direct Messages (via Instagram) take approximately 5-10 business days to receive a response. Please note that the wait time is extensive due to high traffic and if you email us repeatedly it could potentially cause further delay on your request. We work on a first come first serve basis.

Store credits or claims are only valid 24 hours after receiving the package; after that we cannot offer store credits or exchange any merchandise.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION. UNLESS WE HAVE EVIDENCE OF AN ERROR ON OUR END.

Estimated transit times for U.S. orders:

Flat Rate/Standard/Free Shipping: 7-14 Business Days.

First Class Mail: 1-3 Business Days.

Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days.
UPS 2nd Day Air 2 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL: All international shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout.

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival.  Note Nostalgia Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. We do not offer signature services for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 

Estimated transit times for international orders:

First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs. However it can take up to 30 business days barring any unforeseen circumstances with your local customs clearance.  
Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days.
Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days.
